How do I return an item?
Send the unused portion of your items back to us at:

Please include:
- The reason for your return:
- The desired result, either exchange or refund:
- A copy of your order number:
- A valid and current email address and telephone number:
Once we receive your items, we will send you an email confirming the receipt.If you wish to exchange your items, please indicate what item you want as an exchange. A member of our customer service staff will contact you with information pertaining to either a credit if the item is less then your original purchase or to obtain payment information if the new item desired is at a higher cost.If you wish a refund, a member of our customer service staff will issue a full refund of the purchase price with in 72 hours of receiving your request and returned items. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you used a Gift Card to make your selection, a credit will be issued back to the Gift Card. If you used Reward Points to make your purchase, a credit of those points used will be reissued to your account. Please note, the purchase price is defined as the listed price on the product page or the actual amount paid if a coupon was used. Shipping costs or gift wrapping is not included in the purchase price and can not be refunded.
