9th Street Coffee uses all available shipping methods and companies to ensure you receive your items as fast and as secure as possible.  All orders are packaged and shipped using only high quality, environmentally sustainable and appropriately qualified food grade packaging.  Getting your orders safely and securely to your front door is an essential part of your experience with our company. 

 

When an order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  This tracking number can be used to track your order as it moves through the shipping process.  The tracking number listed in your shipment confirmation email is designed as a link.  Click on the tracking number and you will be sent to the shipping companies' website and scheduled delivery information. Additionally, you will also receive an email when your item is on the delivery truck and out for delivery. 

 

All retail online orders are shipped from our New Castle Delaware facility.  We do this for two main reasons.  First, Delaware is a non-sales tax state.  This means even if your state charges sales tax on your items, because it is being shipped from a non-sales tax state, you do not need to pay sales tax.  The second reason is quality control.  The less hands you have involved in the process, the better the quality.  Lastly and perhaps ;most importantly, many of our long term clients have specific requests pertaining to grind levels outside those levels listed on our site, packaging options and specific delivery arrival dates.  Having this information in one location with a dedicated team handling the packaging and shipping gives us a near perfect customer satisfaction rating.
